I take on a small amount of client work alongside running my own businesses. Two things, specifically:

Custom software for your business

I build affordable business tools for Indian SMEs — CRMs, admission and enquiry systems, franchise dashboards, daily-operations trackers. Built with AI, which means faster delivery and pricing that makes sense for Indian businesses, not enterprise budgets.

Every tool I build for clients uses the same process I use for my own businesses — and I run my businesses on the tools I build.

Consulting

Two areas where I have direct operating experience:

Franchising — if you're planning to franchise your business, or evaluating a franchise before buying one, I'll walk you through the real numbers, the agreement, and the red flags. I've franchised my own brand and lived both sides.

Education businesses — planning or running a preschool, training institute or coaching centre. Unit economics, admissions systems, staffing, and the operational side nobody talks about.
